Growing up, my mom always communicated her thoughts to me through notes and letters. Most of these I still cherish and hold dear to my heart. There was always joy in taking one of her notes out and re-reading them whenever I went through difficult times.
Wanting to spread this hint of warmness with others, I decided to ask moms in different stages in motherhood to answer three simple questions that speaks of love and encouragement for their children.
What is love to you?
When was the most memorable moment in motherhood?
Any encouraging words for your children?
Every week, I will be featuring a mom and her responses to these questions. Each story is unique and beautiful in its own ways. They really capture the wisdom and strength of these wonderful women. Whether your child is a newborn or a grown adult, the mother's heart for their children stays the same.
As a mom of a 10 month old, there is only so much that I've experienced so far to be able to tell my daughter how to live this world. This is where I find hearing other people's stories on parenting and motherhood valuable. I am personally so grateful to have the opportunity to hear these encouraging stories. And I am very excited to able to share these with you all on Laia Baby.
So without further ado, here's to the beginning of Notes from Mom!
